Meet Davide

Davide Grosina is a certified Swiss commercial tandem pilot with over 16 years of flying experience and more than 5'500 flights across Switzerland and around the world. He completed his first paragliding course in Australia in 2009, earned his European licenses soon after and has since spent nearly every flyable day sharing the sky with passengers.

From 2017 onwards, Davide played a leading role in shaping what paragliding in the Engadin represents today. As co-founder and long-time head pilot of a local team, he helped build the region’s professional structure, safety culture, and reputation for excellence. His leadership and dedication have made the Engadin one of Switzerland’s most iconic paragliding destinations.

In 2025 he founded St. Moritz Paragliding to continue that vision under his own name - offering guests a more personal, handcrafted flying experience built on 16 years of expertise, trust and genuine passion for the mountains.

Known for his smooth, precise flying style and intuitive feel for the wind, Davide has guided thousands of guests through unforgettable moments above St. Moritz and the Engadin. He trains across several disciplines - from cross-country and acrobatics to paramotoring - and regularly flies with guests of all ages, including those with limited mobility. His longest flight so far lasted 10 hours and 42 minutes, crossing from Switzerland into Italy and back.
